Yield: 24 muffins

1 lb bulk sausage, browned and drained
6 eggs
1 cup Bisquick
2 cups half & half
½ t salt
¼ t pepper
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Evenly distribute well drained sausage into muffin tins. Mix eggs, Bisquick, half & half, salt and pepper together in separate bowl. Pour liquid mixture evenly over sausage. Top with grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
