Clean Eating for the Whole Family

Consistent with all offerings, our animals are never given antibiotics, growth hormones, steroids, stimulants or ionophores, and our fields do not receive herbicides or pesticides, bringing you a healthier product from a sustainable ranching operation. Our ranch has received the very difficult to attain WSDA Organic Certification, as well as certification by Animal Welfare Approved (AWA).

Grassfed & Finished Beef

WSDA Certified Organic

Our Wagyu/Black Angus cattle are raised on pasture where they consume ONLY high quality Orchard grass and Alfalfa; no corn, no grain, no soy, no pellets, no animal products, no chicken manure as feed (yes, this is done). They eat nothing but grass from birth to finish, making these true, pasture raised cattle.

The result is a versatile and exquisitely tasting protein with buttery tenderness. To prepare this beef for your family, it is dry-aged to perfection, cut and portioned, wrapped and ready for your freezer.

Pastured Pork

WSDA Certified Organic

Renowned worldwide for their superior taste and intramuscular marbling, Berkshires are the most popular of all the heritage breeds. Natural foragers, our pigs dine on sweet local grasses and a corn and soy-free supplemental feed of organic dried peas and barley that we grind in our own hammer mill.

Pastured Heritage Turkeys

WSDA Certified Organic

Rich, juicy and full-flavored, our Certified Organic Narragansett Heritage breed turkeys are sure to be the star of your holiday table. Just like the birds that graced your grandparents’ tables, Narragansett turkeys are untouched by modern feats of food engineering. Darker breast meat and a layer of fat beneath the skin create a rich, deep flavor you can’t find in a factory farmed bird. Turkeys are between 8-18 pounds and available in November.

Pastured Chicken

WSDA Certified organic

Our Freedom Ranger chickens are real, honest free ranged with exceptional, old school flavor and texture unlike anything you'll experience from the grocery store. After spending their first two weeks warm and cozy in our nursery, they are set out to live the rest of their days on our certified organic pastures, free to forage for grass (up to 30% of their diet), worms and insects. No corn or soy for these birdies! Their supplemental feed is a blend of organic dried peas and barley that we grind in our own hammer mill. Chickens are sold whole and range from 3-5 pounds.

Cage Free Chicken Eggs

WSDA Certified Organic

Our honest to goodness, free range chicken eggs come from laying hens that are free to roam from the hen house to the field and everywhere in between. They subsist on a diet of foraged grass (up to about 30% of their diet), worms and insects, as well as a corn and soy-free supplemental blend of organic dried peas and barley that we grind in our own hammer mill. Eggs are available for pick up from our ranch, farmers markets and our supportive area vendors: Better Life Natural Foods in Ellensburg and Maggie’s Pantry in Roslyn.
