The Butcher Shop at Windy N Ranch is taking appointments now for USDA, WSDA and Game processing.
Important Note: USDA and WSDA have different regulations regarding slaughter. We work with two separate entities for each: Luke’s Custom Slaughter for WSDA and Pure Country for USDA. The prices shown below are for our butcher shop services only, and do not include the price of slaughter. Please read the details below carefully, and feel free to give us a shout if you have any questions.
USDA PROCESSING
Since we do not have a USDA certified slaughter facility on-site, we will be working with Pure Country in Moses Lake. Once your appointment is secured with The Butcher Shop at Windy N Ranch, we will make an appointment on your behalf with Pure Country. You will be responsible for transporting livestock to Pure Country. From there, we will transport the carcasses from Pure Country to our shop.

We work with WSDA-certified mobile slaughter units for these orders.
