We ordered half a cow, and SO glad we did! Hands down, the best beef we have ever tasted!! Also this was our first time ordering beef like this, and the process could not have been easier. Thank you Windy N Ranch!

CONVENIENCE: Each of our bulk beef packages come with a variety of cuts from ground to premium steaks, offering a no fuss way to pack your freezer with meat for months and enough versatility to not get bored with your meals.

CUSTOM: Whole and half beeves can be customized to your liking. Do you prefer porterhouse and t-bones or NY strip steaks and tenderloin? You got it. Not a fan of short ribs? We’ll grind it for you. Prime rib roast or rib steaks? The choice is yours.

PERSONALIZED SERVICE: We are always happy to assist with questions, ordering, filling out your custom cut sheet, organizing pick up, and providing tips on how to cook your grass fed beef. Contact us by phone, email or text, and we will do our very best to respond within 24 hours.

PACKAGING & PRESENTATION: All of our meats are professionally vacuum sealed using a high-end cryo-vac system in the thickest plastic wrap available - 5 mm - to ensure durability and longevity. So even if you don't get to your beef right away, it will stay fresh in the freezer for several years.

ON-SITE PROCESSING: Unlike our individual cuts which are overseen by the USDA, bulk orders fall under the umbrella of the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) exemption for small farms, which means that we are able to slaughter those animals on-site rather than trucking them to a USDA facility. Though it is important to note that both our USDA meats and our bulk orders are cut, wrapped and labeled in our on-site butcher shop.  For more info on USDA and WSDA as it pertains to our ranch, click HERE.

OUR PROMISE: As a small, family business, we value and appreciate our customer's support, feedback and continued patronage. If there is ever an issue with your order, we will quickly and happily do what we can to remedy the situation.
